Content Application Specialist

The Content Application Specialist position will be responsible for serving as a technical adviser to the Client Services team on content-related support issues via electronic ticket and phone calls.  Additionally, the Content Application Specialist will work closely with the members of the Content and Technical Services team to develop and enhance new applications based on emerging eLearning standards.

The Content Application Specialist is required to adhere to SLA guidelines, follow Intelladon customer service standards and participate in online (webinar) training and meetings with clients when needed.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Extensive experience with Javascript and Javascript libraries, particularly jQuery and Node.js
  • Experience with JSON and REST technologies for application programming interfaces
  • Fluency HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably git
  • Experience developing web applications
  • Experience with testing, particularly cross-browser testing & troubleshooting
  • Understanding of browser developer tools
  • Knowledge of SCORM and AICC eLearning standards are a bonus point
Position is located in Tampa, Florida.
